Bordeaux

Bordeaux, located along the Gironde River in south eastern France, is the largest wine growing region in the country.  It is the only region in France that produces red, white, and sweet wines, and we are proud to showcase all three.

  • 2012 Red Graves

    55% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon
    Ages 12-14 months in new and old French oak barrels
    Food Pairing: beef wellington, dark chocolate, gruyére

  • 2012 St. Émilion Grand Cru

    75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc
    Its well-balanced structure allows for long aging
    Food Pairing: medium rare ribeye, raspberries, quail

  • 2013 Sauternes

    100% Semillon
    Bordeaux > Sauternes > Barsac
    Food Pairing: bleu cheese, poached pears, foie gras

  • 2013 White Graves

    55% Semillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc
    Spends 8 months on the lees
    Food Pairing: scallops, goat cheese, extremely versatile food wine

  • 2014 Bordeaux Rosé

    60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot
